Entrust us with an initiative

We build a team to develop it

We operate as a venture builder: we develop new initiatives together with companies and startups, working directly on product, market, and growth.

We build dedicated teams and focus on execution, without the need to create internal structures from scratch.

WHAT WE DO

We execute, not advise

When we enter a project, our role is not to analyze or propose scenarios.

We work directly on the initiative: we test the market, build the product, activate acquisition channels, and make operational decisions along the way.

Each project is managed by a dedicated team, built around the objective to be achieved.

The team works continuously on the initiative, with clear responsibility for outputs and results.

This reduces the time between idea and market and avoids the early creation of internal structures that often slow down initial phases.

HOW WE ENGAGE

Three ways of working, depending on the stage of the project

Not all projects are at the same stage. That’s why we work in three modes, reflecting the maturity level of the initiative.

Validate

When the idea is not yet validated, we focus on understanding whether real demand exists. We talk to users, test hypotheses, run early experiments, and gather concrete signals to base decisions on.

Launch

When there are positive signals, we move into execution. We build an initial product, define positioning, and activate the channels needed to generate first sales.

Scale

When the project works, we focus on making it sustainable over time. We optimize processes, structure acquisition, and build the foundation for stable growth. In every phase, the goal is not to complete tasks, but to achieve measurable results.

HOW WE WORK

A way of working designed to reduce friction and increase speed

Most projects slow down for organizational reasons: too many layers, unclear ownership, and decisions that take too long.

Our way of working is designed to avoid these issues.

We organize work in weekly cycles, with defined objectives and verifiable outputs.
Decisions are made quickly, based on data, tests, or real feedback, not assumptions.

We maintain direct and continuous communication: we share progress, results, and challenges transparently, without creating intermediate layers or complex approval flows.

This allows us to quickly adapt the project when needed and focus on what actually drives progress.

Projects are managed by operational teams made up of builders and launchers.

Builders handle day-to-day execution: development, testing, implementation, and operational activities.

Launchers lead the project end-to-end: they set priorities, make decisions, and take responsibility for results.

WHY IT WORKS

A model that builds projects
and talent

Each project also becomes a growth environment for the founders in our program.

The people working on initiatives are not external consultants, but selected operators building their own entrepreneurial path.

This translates into a higher level of involvement and responsibility compared to traditional models.

At the same time, the work is guided and supervised by experienced operators, ensuring quality and direction.

The result is a balance between fast execution, individual ownership, and control over outcomes.

PROCESS

From kick-off to delivery

The process is designed to be fast and transparent.

We start with an initial conversation to understand objectives, constraints, and project context.

In the following days, we define the team, the work plan, and the first operational steps.

Once the project starts, work proceeds in weekly cycles, with alignment and review moments.

Throughout the process, you have full visibility on progress, outputs, and decisions.

FAQ

Everything you need to know

How long does it take to get started?

Within 7 working days from signing, we provide a complete action plan. We organize a kick-off session and a brainstorming workshop with the team assigned to your project, then deliver a roadmap, objectives, and the first sprint ready to go.

Will I meet the team before we start?

Yes, during the kick-off. The people in that room are the same ones who will work on the project. No “sales team” that disappears after the proposal. You work from day one with those who actually execute.

How much involvement is required from our side?

A clear initial alignment and a point of contact are required.
Beyond that, we operate autonomously, sharing updates and results on a regular basis.

Can you tell me more about the Team Leaders?

Launchers lead the project end-to-end. They are not project managers: they work hands-on with builders, make fast decisions, and are your direct point of contact throughout.

How do you work with our main stakeholders?

One weekly sync, full async visibility. We adapt to your reporting needs, without creating unnecessary meetings. You always know where things stand.

How does your team integrate with ours?

We work as an operational extension of your team.
We align on objectives, constraints, and priorities, while maintaining execution autonomy to ensure speed and continuity. If you have internal resources, we work together; if not, we cover execution ourselves.

How much does it cost?

It depends on scope and duration. Our model is designed to be sustainable even for early-stage startups in pre-raise validation. Book a call and we’ll give you a clear number.

Can I stop early if it’s not working?

Yes. We include checkpoints. If the project isn’t generating value, we’ll be the first to say it and close things transparently.

How do you measure results?

We define metrics at the beginning of the project, based on the objective (validation, launch, growth).
We track data throughout and adapt activities based on results.

Who owns what is built?

You do. Code, brand, assets, data, and learnings. Everything is yours from day one.

What happens at the end of the engagement?

We hand over everything: documentation, playbooks, assets, and access. If you want to continue together, we can. Otherwise, you are fully autonomous to move forward.
